Returns & Refund Policy
We have a strict 14-day return and refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility:
- All items are eligible for return, except for final sale items
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
2. Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at hi@ouryard.co to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return Photo Evidence is also advised
- Our team will review your request and provide with the return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
4. Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy requirements.
- If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.
5. Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this in your return request.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will notify you if the requested exchange is not possible.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team with in 14 days with photographic evidence.
- We will provide a full refund or replacement for damaged or defective items, including return shipping costs.
8. Late or Lost Returns:
- Returns that exceed the 14-day period will not be accepted, except in cases of shipping delays beyond your control.
- We recommend tracking your return shipment to avoid any issues with lost returns.

International Customers will have 1 month. Items must be returned at the customer's expense in a perfect resaleable condition with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn or had tags removed.
International returns should be marked 'Returned Goods' on the package.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.
If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and emailing us for return address of item no longer required via hi@ouryard.co
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
